1. Data Controller
Pursuant to the GDPR n. 679/2016, we inform you that 3V Wallcoverings Srls processes the personal data of customers acquired through the website www.3vwallcoverings.com and guarantees that the processing of personal data takes place in compliance with fundamental rights and freedoms, as well as the dignity of the interested party, with particular reference to confidentiality, personal identity and the right to the protection of personal data.
The data controller of the personal data collected through the site “3vwallcoverings.com” (hereinafter, the “Site”) for Italian visitors is:

2. Processed data
3V Wallcoverings only collects data that the user voluntarily provides and navigation data.
For consultation of the “public” part of the Site (ie the one freely accessible by every user), no provision of personal data by the user is envisaged.
For any contact made by the user with 3V Wallcoverings through, for example, sending email messages, electronic or traditional, to the addresses indicated on the Site, the user’s data must be considered acquired and, therefore, processed in full compliance with current legislation.
Among the data provided voluntarily by the user, personal data may be acquired such as:
• name;
• surname;
• telephone;
• company affiliation;
• email address;
• shipping address (street, house number, city);
Among the navigation data, the following may be collected:
• IP addresses;
• URI addresses – Uniform Resource Identifier – of the requested resources;
• time and method used to formulate requests to the server;
• numerical code about the status of the response given by the server (successful, error, etc.); etc.
Navigation data relates to the user’s operating system and computer environment, the transmission of which is implicit in the use of Internet communication protocols. Although this information is not collected to be associated with identified interested parties, by their nature they could, through processing and association with data held by third parties, allow users to be identified.
3. Purpose of the treatment
3V Wallcoverings processes the personal data that the user has provided on the Site in connection with the use of the Site itself.
In particular, your personal data may be used for the following purposes:
a) provision of the services and functions of the Site (such as, for example, name and surname, e-mail address, password for logging in, etc.) ;
3V Wallcoverings collects and processes your personal data to provide you with all the features of the Site, such as those to communicate through the Site or choose the “Remember” option, or allow you to place an order so that it is not necessary to provide log-in details again each time you log in.
Warning: we do not recommend using this option if your computer is shared with other people.
b) processing of payment and billing data;
3V Wallcoverings will process your personal data only to facilitate purchases and to process payments made through the Site. In no way will 3V Wallcoverings acquire your bank details as each payment will be made through an external payment gateway.
c) response to any requests for information formulated by the user;
d) sending information about our services/site updates, for example, by e-mail or post (note: this feature will only be activated if the user gives his explicit consent).

f) archiving and protection on our server of the data uploaded by the user in the “processing register” section;
g) storage and protection on our server of lists of email addresses or telephone numbers uploaded by the user to use our systems;
h) for inclusion in the personal data in the corporate computer databases;

l) for issuing estimates and offers to active and/or potential customers;
m) for issuing requests for offers to active and/or potential suppliers;
n) for keeping ordinary and VAT accounting;
o) for the management of receipts and payments;
p) to send technical and/or commercial information relating to its business to active and/or potential customers;

The purposes listed above are subject to the user’s consent (which in some cases must be explicit).
We also point out that 3V Wallcoverings uses a third-party tool (i.e. Google Analytics) for statistical and marketing purposes only. However, the data is managed in a completely anonymous form. These data are used for the sole purpose of obtaining statistical information not associated with any user identification data on the use of the Site and to check its correct functioning and are canceled immediately after processing. The data could be used to ascertain responsibility in the event of hypothetical computer crimes against the Site.
3V Wallcoverings will not use the data provided for purposes other than those listed above, to which the interested user has adhered, and only within the limits indicated from time to time in any additional specific information accompanying the different, specific service that may be requested by the ‘user.
User data will never be transferred or rented by 3V Wallcoverings to third parties. The user is the sole owner of his data and can request its modification or cancellation at any time: see the “rights of the interested party” section below.
4. Storage of personal data
3V Wallcoverings will keep the user’s information in the terms required by current legislation and, in any case, for as long as necessary to perform the service requested by the User (order fulfillment), or required by the purposes described in this document.
In particular, the data provided by the user for access to the reserved area will be kept as long as his account is active. Instead, the data necessary for tax purposes are kept until the assessments relating to the corresponding tax period are defined, therefore for at least 10 years and more if the relative annuity is not yet prescribed for tax purposes.
Upon expiry, the data will be canceled or anonymized, unless there are further purposes for the conservation of the same, in particular the onset of judicial and extrajudicial litigation. In all cases, at any time, the User can always request the interruption of the treatment or the cancellation of the data.
5. Security and transfer of personal data
The transfer, storage and processing of user data that is collected through the Site are ensured through appropriate technical measures. All user information is protected with the password that the user himself has chosen; passwords are not recorded in clear text but protected with 512-bit SHA-2 technology. Furthermore, the site is provided on an HTTPS encrypted connection. User data is collected, stored and stored on a secure server, protected by a Cisco firewall and physically located in Germany in a web farm with controlled access. Each superuser login is protected by military-grade encryption (with 4096-bit DH asymmetric keys).
6. Transfer of data to third parties
3V Wallcoverings does not transfer personal data to third parties. However, 3V Wallcoverings may provide your data to third parties for certain processes such as, for example, shipping / fulfilling an order upon your request. In these cases, in fact, 3V Wallcoverings may transmit part of the user’s data to third parties who are transport specialists (Express Courier). These third parties will process the user’s personal data in full compliance with current legislation. Your data will not be transferred outside the European Union.
Only if 3V Wallcoverings is required to do so by law, personal data will be provided to the competent authorities.
This site may share some of the data collected with services located outside the European Union area. In particular with Google, Facebook and Microsoft (LinkedIn) through social plugins and the Google Analytics service. The transfer is authorized on the basis of specific decisions of the European Union and of the Guarantor for the protection of personal data , in particular the decision 1250/2016 (Privacy Shield – here the information page of the Italian Guarantor ), for which no further consent is required. The companies mentioned above guarantee their adherence to the Privacy Shield.
3V Wallcoverings has appointed ITLAB Srl as web agency responsible for site security updates. ITLAB Srl may view the user’s data in the performance of its functions, during maintenance and/or assistance on the site. In the latter case, ITLAB Srl will strictly comply with the treatment instructions provided for by current regulations. Personal data will be treated with the utmost confidentiality: to guarantee this, ITLAB Srl will make use of its authorized personnel, held to (or legally bound by) an obligation of confidentiality. This obligation is usually fulfilled by means of treatment instructions provided to employees in written form. These instructions contain clauses dedicated to the methods of data processing and rules that bind confidentiality during the processing operations. 7. Rights of the user (interested party)
The user will have full rights at any time to exercise the rights established by current legislation, including the following rights:
• receive confirmation of the existence of his personal data and request access to them content;
• update, modify and/or correct your personal data;
• request cancellation, transformation into anonymous form, blocking of your data processed in violation of the law;
• request the limitation of the treatment;
• oppose the processing for legitimate reasons;
• receive a copy of the data provided and request that such data be transmitted to another data controller.
